- PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el Auto proferido el 27 de febrero de 2025 por el Juzgado 001 Penal del Circuito de Saravena en el marco del trámite de la acción de tutela promovida por la señora Rosa Antonia Castañeda Forero, a través de apoderado judicial, en contra de la Dirección Territorial de Casanare del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente ICC-4936 al Juzgado 001 Penal del Circuito de Saravena (Arauca) para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisión a que haya lugar.
- TERCERO. Por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, COMUNICAR la presente decisión a la parte demandante, al Juzgado 005 Administrativo del Circuito de Arauca y al Juzgado 001 Penal del Circuito de Saravena (Arauca).
